The Prize
Win big and stay cool! One prize will be awarded, consisting of:
- A new, standard Trane air conditioning model, decided upon by the company. Homeowner may choose to a more efficient system at the cost of Homeowner.*
- System delivery and professional installation
- Removal of existing equipment
- Connection to existing ductwork with sealed transitions
- Reconnection to the electrical and condensate drain
- A full system check and clean-up
- 10-year manufacturer parts warranty (original winner only)
- 1-year labor warranty from Air Control Home Services
*A/C capacity and efficiency will be determined in compliance with current building codes and recognized industry standards to ensure the home is cooled adequately and efficiently.
The winning entry will be responsible for: duct system modifications (if necessary), any hazardous material removal and abatement, such as asbestos, mold, etc., and any improvements needed to bring the installation into compliance with existing building and mechanical codes. Any applicable costs will be discussed beforehand.
How To Enter
The Oldest A/C Contest (“Contest”) will begin on Saturday, November 1, 2025, and all contest entries must be received by 12:00 PM on Thursday, December 11, 2025. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chance of winning.

Contest Rules
The prize will be awarded to the entrant listed on the form whose air conditioner is verified by an Air Control Home Services technician as the oldest working unit.
- The air conditioner must be in use and in working condition.
- The air conditioner cannot be a swamp cooler or a window unit.
- Limit one entry per household.
- Multiple entrants may not share the same email address.
- Employees of Air Control Home Services and their family members are not eligible.
- Valid ID and proof of residency may be required.
- Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
- Model and serial number must be provided, if unable to provide a $49 HVAC maintenance will be scheduled and the technician can gather the information on site.
Entrant Eligibility
This contest is open to U.S. residents at least 21 years old or older who own the home where the A/C is located. If located on a dirt road, the home must be less than one mile from a vehicle accessible pavement road.
The home must be in one of the following Arizona or Nevada service towns:

Selection Of Winner
The entrant with the oldest verified working air conditioner, as recorded by 5:00 PM MT on December 11, 2025, will be declared the winner. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. No purchase necessary. All decisions by Air Control are final and binding.
Tax Reporting
Any promotion with a prize valued at $600.00 or more results in tax implications. The winner acknowledges that the winner and the prize shall be reported to the Internal Revenue Service. The winner will be required to complete a prize validation form acknowledging that the winner is aware, acknowledges, and understands that the winner will be responsible for taxes as a result of winning the Contest.
Winners are solely responsible for any and all local, state, and federal taxes on the prize, including sales or use taxes, as well as any expenses related to participation in the Contest and/or acceptance of the prize.
Permissions
Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of Air Control Air Conditioning, DBA Air Control Home Services, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Oldest A/C Contest (“Contest”) and shall not be subject to appeal.
Air Control Home Services reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who does not complete the form in full. By entering, participants grant Air Control Home Services full permission to use their name, submitted photos, and any images or likenesses of the A/C, home exterior, homeowner, or related property in marketing and promotional materials without additional compensation. This serves as both a photo release and property release.
Entrants agree to receive newsletters and other information from Air Control Home Services from time to time. Air Control Home Services lists or customer information will not be shared with other companies. Entrants can remove themselves from any subscription list at any time by notifying Air Control by mail, phone, or email of their desire to be removed from any lists.
Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Air Control, its owners, officers, agents, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, and representatives from any injuries, loss, or damages to persons and/or property due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly, to the acceptance or use/misuse of the prize, participation in any promotion-related activity or participation in the Contest.
The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. No entry fee or purchase is required. Air Control reserves the right to end or amend the Contest at any time. Any changes will be posted.

Terms
Air Control Home Services reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such a case, Air Control Home Services may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sinclaire.
Air Control reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Official Rules.
Air Control has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sinclaire reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law
All disputes concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sinclaire in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Arizona without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
The parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Mohave County, Arizona, in any action relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes.
