I called Air Control Home Services on Sunday night to get a Monday appointment. My heat pump was not blowing cold. Zach Willette came out Monday morning. On-time. Professional. Extremely helpful in explaining what was wrong with our unit and what needed to be done to fix it. Zach was awesome. We look forward to his returning to fix the heat pump later this week. I can't say enough good things about Air Control Home Services. They stand by their products, and they have great customer service.

So update, my unit has been installed for 3 months now, and I have had to call them back to fix a couple of small issues. They have been fantastic! The day I called they were out that same afternoon to resolve the problem! Khayman has been great! I would still highly recommend them!

I have been using Air Control Home service for a couple years and they have helped with my whole house services. Checking my plumbing, electrical, and air. This past summer the air conditioner stopped and they were right over on a weekend and was a super inexpensive fix. Then when my water heater went out I called and they were right out and replaced it. My house was only finished being built at the end of 2014 so I thought all these products would last for more years but I'm just glad they were a business in this town I found to help me replace with better options. Everyone is always so very nice and helpful.

I called and received SAME DAY SERVICE! I just moved in and found a leak under my kitchen sink. Taylor was my technician he recognized the problem immediately. It was my RO. He resolved and repaired the issue in the same visit, all the while being courteous and offering tips for things to look out for in an older home. I recommend this company 100%

I want to give a big shout out to Dustin Hansen and Air Control Home Service. I want to start out by saying I'm a widow. Calling anyone for service when something goes wrong is never fun. My heater was blowing cold air. Lots of it. I called Air Control because my girl friends told me to. Dustin arrived and could not have been any nicer or more professional. He checked everything out, took detailed photos so I could see what he was talking about, and then proceeded to explain very throughly what was wrong and how it could be corrected. He gave me options and discussed what the outcome would be with both. I chose to replace the unit. He then took the time to get me an amazing price and even helped with financing options. He gets a 10 out of 10 in my book. The new unit arrived the next day and I've gotta say- the install team was just as amazing. I'm an Air Control client from here on out.

We arrived at our part-time house in Earp to discover no AC. It's been 95°+ over the past couple of weeks and will continue for the next week or so. And since the nights don't cool off much, we needed relief. The first place we called couldn't get to us until the 21st. We called Air Control Home Services after a recommendation from my step-sister. We left a message with the answering service and 10 minutes later, Dustin called back. We explained our situation, and he showed up early the next morning. After lengthy testing and a diagnosis, the AC is basically dead. He was able to schedule a complete replacement and installation for us the next morning. He was also able to get us a temporary fix for the next 24 hours so we could be comfortable. He was upfront and completely honest (my father was in the business for over 40 years and my step-sister still is). It's nice to still have honest businesses who aren’t looking to squeeze every penny from you and get the work done in an extremely timely manner.
