Jose - was a pleasure to work with during our install of the mini-A/C unit for our bedroom. Our dogs loved him...we loved him! He did a great job; especially explaining all the "paperwork". The only suggestion - the office needs to keep the men in the field better informed regarding the promotions....it wasn't until I heard from Maria in the office about the "November" special about the 10 year free labor was I swayed to purchase the unit now instead of waiting until January of next year.

As usual, very pleased with my experience with Air Control. Always refreshing when making a large or small purchase to feel good in the end about it. Installer Jose was a very personable guy that answered all my questions , concerns and requests . His install went smooth, timely and quick and job site was cleaned at completion. Will continue to use and recommend Air Control.
